A Very Special “Everything Wrong With” Featuring Neil DeGrasse Tyson And “Gravity”

The “Everything Wrong With” series from Cinema Sins is a popular, fun way to make you feel dumb for liking things (yet smart for knowing why you shouldn’t). The latest edition of the ongoing series has a special guest who can make you feel especially stupid for enjoying Gravity: Namely, Dr. Neil deGrasse Tyson, America’s favorite astrophysicist, who interjects with some very science-y reasons why the Sandra Bullock mega-hit is bad and you should feel bad for liking it.

IF THIS PROSTHETIC ROBOT ARM WERE REAL, I’D CUT MY ARM OFF JUST TO GET ONE

Check out this 3D rendering by digital artist Cristiano Rinaldi. This is some Deus Ex meets Skynet type shit. Luke Skywalker, Annakin Skywalker, Jaime Lannister, Finn from Adventure Time — just image how kick-ass those guys would look rocking one of these bad boys!!!

It totally reminds me of these robot things from Remember Me.

Remember Me Red Robots

The word “cool” is not enough for this.

Chrome Experiment turns any website into a playable marble maze
Google is having some fun showing off what Chrome can do — the company today released a new Chrome Experiment that transforms websites into a playable marble maze. World Wide Maze breaks down the elements of a webpage, and uses them to create a floating obstacle course for you to navigate a rolling ball through by tilting your smartphone. The experiment wirelessly syncs Chrome on a desktop with Chrome on a mobile device, displaying the game on the larger screen and using the mobile device as a controller.

Snowstorm ruins spring’s arrival for much of US
NBC News:An early spring snowstorm is expected to bring even more snow to Colorado, the Great Plains states and the Midwest through the weekend and into early next week.
Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio could receive up to a foot of snow from the storm, while most of the country will continue to see unseasonably cold March temperatures through next week. The spring snow even affected international football. The US won a World Cup 2014 qualifying game against Costa Rica on Friday night despite Costa Rica’s protests that the blizzard conditions made the game an ‘embarrassment to football.’
